# Autoresponders

> Create and manage automatic replies in the admin panel.

Open `/admin` and choose **Autoresponders**. The panel lets authorized staff create, view, edit, enable, disable, and delete automatic replies.

When creating or editing one, configure its trigger and response in the prompts. Review the saved responder before enabling it, especially if its trigger is broad or likely to match ordinary conversation.

Use the panel's list and view actions to find a responder later. Disable a responder to pause it without deleting its configuration.
